PROJECT OVERVIEW

Windwood will partner with Stacey and the team at the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office to create Carbon Monoxide Awareness PSAs for both current and future campaigns. This collaboration includes:

• Developing 15 and 30 second scripts.

• Providing a full shoot day to capture a direct-to-camera PSA along with supporting B-roll footage.

B-roll Details: The B-roll footage will be carefully designed to complement the final script, ensuring seamless integration with the on-camera dialogue. It will focus on visually reinforcing key messaging, including:

• Proper installation of carbon monoxide detectors in various locations within a home.

• Demonstrations of how to test and maintain detectors to ensure safety.

• Visuals of families or individuals checking their devices, emphasizing routine checks.

• Close-up shots of detectors in action, highlighting their role in early detection and safety.

• Additional footage that mirrors specific scenarios or calls to action mentioned in the script.

This B-roll will not only support the narrative but also provide additional context and practical demonstrations, making the PSAs more engaging and informative for the audience.

• One 30-second television PSA

• One 15-second television PSA

• One 30-second radio PSA

• One 15-second radio PSA

Windwood will use the captured dialogue and visuals to create cohesive radio and television versions of the PSAs, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Verification of Deliverables and Responsibilities

To ensure clarity and alignment with the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office expectations, Windwood confirms the following deliverables and responsibilities for this project:

• Full Ownership Rights: The NH State Fire Marshal’s Office will retain full ownership rights of all completed PSAs.

• Script Assistance: Windwood will collaborate closely with the Fire Marshal's team to provide assistance and support in developing the carbon monoxide awareness scripts.

• Audio & Visual Editing: Windwood will handle all aspects of audio and visual editing, ensuring the final PSAs meet the required standards for both radio and television formats.

• Content Creation & Post-Production: Windwood will oversee the entire production process, including:

  • Filming and recording the necessary content.

  • Organizing the order of footage to match the narrative.

  • Adding graphic images and clips as needed.

  • Incorporating voiceovers to align with the script.

  • Creating the final, polished versions of the PSAs.

• Cost Assumption: Windwood will assume all costs related to the completion of the PSAs, including labor, materials, facilities, equipment, and travel expenses.

• High-Definition Copies: Windwood will provide copies of all media in high-definition format, ensuring quality across all platforms.
