PROJECT OVERVIEW

Windwood will work with Sal from the Capital Center for the Arts along with other venue owners/directors to create a PSA video highlighting the current state of the third party ticket sales “industry” and how this affects the venues and the artists.

Windwood will supply 1-3 shoot days to capture direct to camera teleprompter readings from multiple people (venue owners, venue directors, musicians, comedians, etc.) to create a 1-2 minute PSA video.

OPTION #1: Studio-Based PSA Production

  • Pre-Production:            

    • Concept

    • Planning

    • Scripting

    • Crew Scheduling

    • File Management: Full Shoot Day

  • Video Production: Full Shoot Day
    Shoot Location: Windwood Studio or Capitol Center for the Arts

    • 1 Producer

    • 1 Camera Op

    • 1 Production Assistant

  • Post Production: 1-2 Edit Days                                                                           

    • Video Editing 

    • Audio/Music Sourcing

    • Basic Logo Graphics 

    • Text Graphics

    • One Revision (Note: This price includes one comprehensive revision per video, which must be received within seven business days of delivered materials. Additional video production or editing services will be billed at an additional rate of $150.00 per hour.)

Deliverables

  • One (60-120 Second) PSA Video

  • One (30 Second) Shortened Version

  • Two (15 Second) Social Cuts: Optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook engagement.

    Adaptable for Broadcast, Social Media, and Radio.

Project Estimate: $5,000 - $6,000

OPTION #2: Regional Showcase PSA

With option #2 we will travel to multiple venues throughout New England featuring venue owners, music directors, musicians and comedians. This option will elevate the impact of the PSA and will be more inclusive of each venue and will allow more people to be in the video.
